We’re a small group of Coupa administrators and power users who formed to address the growing need to help manage the day-to-day tasks associated with the premier Business Spend Management software, Coupa.  Coupa is all we do so we do it well.

Our primary focus is on risk mitigation with catalogs. Protecting contracted pricing is best achieved through a hosted catalog rather than a punch-out. This leads to increased workload on your team, however necessary it is.  Biz Spend steps in and takes the lead with your Suppliers, identifying increases, helping you to understand what may be happening in the market place or simply identifying a Supplier who may be trying to slide an increase in unnoticed.  We keep your catalogs clean with correct attributes, pricing, and images.  We provide the clean files, you upload them (after confirming in a sandbox).

If your HRIS doesn’t feed Coupa to set up new employees, we can easily do that.  Work flow approvals, yes, content groups, yes, reporting and advanced analytics are our favorites. We can even be talked into Sourcing projects (RFx, e-auctions, etc.) led by former Fortune 100 procurement professionals.  

Spend analysis, data visualization & reporting, cXML set up, delegation of authority and workflow approvals creation and maintenance, content groups, new locations, we do all of the day-to-day, behind the scenes tasks that keep your Coupa instance running clean.
